Information we process
We process the email and account identifiers needed to authenticate you, payment and transaction identifiers supplied by Stripe, product access status, basic product events, and images you intentionally upload for your signature.
Payment information
Stripe processes payment-card information. ServiceAI does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
Uploaded images
Uploaded headshots and logos must be publicly retrievable so they can appear inside email messages. Do not upload confidential, sensitive, or unlawful material. Uploaded assets may remain cached by email providers after removal from the product.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate customers, verify purchases, provide and secure the builder, host signature assets, prevent fraud, answer support requests, and understand basic product usage.
Service providers
Authentication, payment processing, hosting, storage, and security providers process limited information on ServiceAI’s behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and requests
Purchase and entitlement records are retained as needed for access, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Contact ServiceAI through serviceaihq.com to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
