One-time digital purchase
ServiceAI Signature Generator is delivered immediately after payment. Because access to the digital tool and its HTML output begins at once, purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or ServiceAI approves an exception.
Compatibility is not a refund basis
Email clients render HTML differently. Variations between Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, mobile devices, themes, security filters, and future client versions do not by themselves make the product defective. Customers must use the public demo, review the requirements, and test the finished signature before relying on it.
Billing problems
Contact ServiceAI promptly through serviceaihq.com if you believe you were charged more than once, the payment was unauthorized, or the purchased account was not granted access. ServiceAI will investigate verified billing or delivery errors.
Effect of a refund or dispute
Any refunded, reversed, or disputed purchase loses the associated lifetime entitlement. A later valid purchase can restore access.
