Terms of Use

1. The product

ServiceAI Signature Generator is a digital HTML signature-building tool. A completed one-time purchase grants the purchaser’s account lifetime access to the base features available for that product. “Lifetime” refers to the commercial life of the product, subject to these terms and reasonable maintenance, security, and platform changes.

2. HTML and email-client compatibility

The tool generates HTML. Email clients—including Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and mobile apps—can interpret HTML differently. ServiceAI does not guarantee identical rendering in every client, device, theme, security configuration, or future software version. Gmail is the primary documented installation flow.

You are responsible for sending test messages and checking all images, formatting, links, phone numbers, and contact details before use.

3. Your content

You retain responsibility for the names, images, logos, links, claims, credentials, and other material you upload or enter. You confirm that you have permission to use that content and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

4. Access and acceptable use

Access belongs to the purchasing account and may not be resold, shared as a service, scraped, reverse engineered, or used to bypass product controls. ServiceAI may suspend access for fraud, chargebacks, unlawful content, misuse, or material violations of these terms.

5. No affiliation and no warranty

ServiceAI is not affiliated with Google, Gmail, Microsoft, Outlook, Apple, or other email providers. The product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility, business results, delivery, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Payments and refunds

The base product is a one-time digital purchase delivered immediately. All sales are final except where a refund is required by law or expressly approved by ServiceAI. A refund, reversal, or unresolved payment dispute revokes the related access.

7. Future additions

Animation tools, premium templates, and other future additions may be sold separately. Buying the base product does not automatically include separately identified paid additions.
